Developed by 1EV for EV Sportline, the R500 blends advanced engineering with a bold adventure-inspired design, delivering a wheel that's as capable on rugged terrain as it is striking on the street.

      The R500's directional spoke pattern isn't just about aesthetics—it's optimized for aerodynamic efficiency and structural strength. The sculpted spokes channel airflow across the braking system while visually conveying motion even at a standstill. Each wheel is available in left and right directional configurations, ensuring the design flows correctly on both sides of the vehicle.

      Crafted using advanced forged aluminum alloy construction, the R500 delivers a strong yet lightweight platform designed to complement the Rivian R2's efficient electric performance.       Unlike traditional wheels adapted for EVs, the R500 was created specifically for the needs of electric vehicles:

      • High load rating fully forged to support the weight and torque of the Rivian R2
      • Optimized offset and fitment for proper stance and suspension geometry - no tire interference / rubbing!
      • Brake clearance engineered for R2 brakes
      • Compatible with Rivian R2 OEM sensors and lug nut / center cap hardware
      Directional Aero Design

      The R500's directional spoke pattern is optimized for aerodynamic efficiency and structural strength, with functional brake exhaust vents. Wheels are sold in sets of 2 left and 2 right wheels; a single replacement or spare wheel is a left or a right wheel.

      Fully Forged Construction

      The R500 is built exclusively by 1EV for Rivian R2 fitment and manufactured in a CNC-machined and fully forged process. It is a lightweight alternative to 19", 20" or 21" factory Rivian wheels.
