Canvasback was started in the early 1990s by Missy, an outdoor enthusiast, skier and dog owner from Ketchum, Idaho. Tired of wet skis, muddy gear and her dogs wrecking the back of her SUV, she designed a waterproof fabric cargo liner that covered not just the cargo floor but also the backs of the seats for total protection. That idea became the Canvasback custom cargo liner.
In 2006 the company was purchased by another passionate skier with an SUV and an active dog. Today Canvasback is based on the shores of Lake Minnetonka in Minnesota, and its liners are still sewn locally, keeping the brand proudly made in the USA. Working with local car dealerships, the Canvasback team designs patterns for hundreds of makes and models and continues to expand into bumper flaps, seat covers, cargo side panels, seat barriers and more interior vehicle protection.

Panels attach with hook & loop. In vehicles where standard hook strips will not grip the carpet, self-adhesive loop strips are included along with prep and installation instructions.
