T Sportline proudly introduces the Tesla Cybertruck Carbon Fiber Widebody Package—crafted to amplify the truck’s bold design with unmatched precision and style.

Starting with detailed 3D renderings, our design team created OEM+ inspired fender flares and side skirt rocker panels that enhance both sportiness and muscle, while staying true to the Cybertruck’s angular, futuristic aesthetic. The goal: deliver a distinctly aggressive presence without crossing into “overdone” territory. The result is a carbon fiber upgrade that replaces factory plastic with lightweight, performance-grade components—elevating your Cybertruck to its best possible form.

Each Widebody component is produced using the highest-quality carbon fiber manufacturing process: CNC aluminum tooling and autoclave curing. Unlike common hand-laid, open-mold methods, our process cures each part under vacuum and heat, eliminating trapped air and surface imperfections. This produces pieces that are remarkably consistent, smooth, and dense—maximizing strength while minimizing weight.  The front fender arches extend 1.5 inches beyond stock, while the rears extend 2 inches, creating a balanced, aggressive stance. Designed to fit over the factory fender arches without any modifications, they also correct Tesla’s stock width offset (front arches being 0.5 inches wider) for a perfectly uniform side profile.

Inspired by tactical military styling, our wheel arches and rocker panels break up the Cybertruck’s flat side view with sharp, purposeful lines. Exclusive T Sportline stepped-notch details on the trailing edge add extra attitude, while the integrated charge port door blends seamlessly into the design and functions flawlessly. We even matched the passenger side to the driver side for visual symmetry—an attention to detail unmatched by any other aftermarket supplier.  Our carbon fiber weave is carefully sourced to align with Tesla’s OEM carbon pattern, and each component is available in a matte or gloss finish. The result is a cohesive, factory-level upgrade that’s both striking and functional.
