This low-profile rack is exceptionally strong and built exclusively from aluminum extrusions and stainless steel components. These premium materials are designed to withstand years of hard use and exposure to the elements.  The uprights are CNC-machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in a black powder coat to match the look of the Rivian bed caps. The crossbars are made from 3" x 1.5" 6063-T6 aluminum and anodized for added corrosion resistance. Their high rigidity helps prevent deflection under heavy loads.

The crossbars are also compatible with 8020 accessories, giving you nearly unlimited options for mounting gear and equipment. The kit includes four uprights, two crossbars, and all required mounting hardware.

All EV Sportline racks can be installed at our facility in Atlanta, GA or Van Nuys, CA or shipped to your house for DIY installation.
