After the Rivian R2 unveiling event, CEO RJ Scaringe announced the new R2 scored over 68,000 reservations in under 24 Hours! The Rivian R2 will start at $45,000 and will be available in single, dual, and tri-motor configurations with a range of over 300 miles.

The R2 features the essence of the Rivian brand in a more affordable package with an open-air interior design. R2 production will begin in 2026.
