Team 1EV engineers have developed the first and only true 'bolt-in' bed extender specifically for Rivian R1T.  The RMaxx bed extender is truly a bolt-on installation, with no permanent modifications to the Rivian required.  No drilling and no screws to drive into the bedliner!  Our extender assembly has been designed to bolt-on to the Rivian by re-using the factory tie-down hook bolts found on the rear corners of the R1T bed.   The included Rivian mount brackets bolt-on easily.   The extender pivots into place over the tailgate and when not in use it can be flipped back into the truck bed, or removed from the mounting brackets using the quick disconnect pins and stowed in your garage or basement.   The extender includes two safety straps to connect to the tailgate hooks and ensure the extender doesn’t bounce around.
